Sia is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will lead internal teams to develop AI products and work on client projects as a subject expert.

What you will do

Lead internal team to develop AI products
Work on client projects as subject expert
Make architectural decisions for cloud environments
Build production-level ML/AI solutions
Guide Data Scientists to scale models into production
Give trainings and organize events

What you bring

MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field
2-4 years building production ML/Deep Learning pipelines
Strong ML fundamentals and domain expertise
Expert in Python and one of Scala, C++, Java
Experience with database languages like SQL
Experience with cloud infrastructures like AWS

Nice to have

Experience coaching or mentoring engineers
Prior experience in management consulting
Fluency in German
