Hitachi Energy is looking for a Project Planner to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules and coordinating with stakeholders across Europe.
What you will do
- Define responsibilities and distribute tasks within the team for scheduling
- Develop, update, and analyze project schedules
- Prepare tender and project time schedules
- Collaborate with project planners from other European Hitachi Energy units
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as central contact for project planning
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion
What you bring
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- Relevant professional experience in project management and scheduling
- Extensive knowledge of Primavera and MS Project
- Knowledge of MS Office including SharePoint
- Very good communication skills and customer orientation
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Nice to have
- Certification as PMI-SP or other scheduling related trainings
