Execute project assignments like data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, process mapping, and functional specifications
Support team by coaching new hires and juniors
Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars

What you bring

Master's degree
3-6 years relevant working experience
Analytical mind with ability to synthesize conclusions
Fast learner, communicative, flexible, and entrepreneurial
Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

Fluent German
