About the job

Sia is looking for a Senior Data Science Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will develop advanced models and lead projects for clients. You will also supervise junior consultants and manage client relationships.

What you will do

  • Develop explanatory and predictive models using machine learning and statistics
  • Design and implement optimization solutions and simulation models
  • Process large volumes of unstructured data with algorithmic knowledge
  • Manage end-to-end projects and report to manager and client
  • Manage client relationships at middle management level
  • Supervise consultants and develop their skills

What you bring

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, applied mathematics, IT or similar
  • 3-6 years relevant working experience
  • Analytical mind with ability to synthesize
  • Strong interest in data and AI topics
  • Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
  • English and Dutch communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Strong interest in Energy and Finance sectors
