Dapper is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to help clients drive online growth from strategy to execution. Based in Rotterdam, you will manage internal and external stakeholders, turn briefs into actionable plans, and lead projects, client discussions, and workshop presentations.

5+ years of relevant experience in B2B, fast scaling, or agency environment
Growth mindset
Confident managing stakeholders
Take ownership of projects and collaborate with team and clients
Good understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations

Nice to have

Hands-on experience in performance marketing or content marketing
Experience working at a marketing agency
Experience in B2B marketing
