Boskalis is looking for a SHEQ Coordinator to support site management in Rotterdam. You will ensure compliance with local legislation and SHEQ standards in a busy port environment.

What you will do

Support site management in compliance with local legislation and SHEQ standards
Conduct safety walks and site inspections
Deliver and improve site inductions and toolbox talks
Review and advise on safety plans and mobilisations
Ensure safe execution of daily quay activities and vessel-related work
Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis

What you bring

2–5 years of SHEQ experience in port, maritime, logistics, or industrial operations
MVK, NEBOSH, or similar qualification
VCA VOL or willingness to obtain it quickly
Practical and proactive mindset
Comfortable in a busy operational environment
Good command of English and Dutch
