About the job

Marktlink Transaction Services B.V. is looking for a Manager Transaction Services to join a new and growing team in 's-Hertogenbosch. You will lead financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes, drive new business, and serve as the primary contact during engagements.

What you will do

  • Carry out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes
  • Drive new business pipelines and generate business
  • Serve as first point of contact during financial due diligence
  • Contribute to projects reporting to the Managing Partner
  • Advise on key drivers and valuation considerations

What you bring

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
  • Prior demonstrable FDD experience as Senior Associate or Manager
  • 4-6 years experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services
  • Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
