About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in 's-Hertogenbosch. In this role, you lead and guide pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in during their absence.

What you will do

Lead and guide pickers and riders during shifts
Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in during absence
Oversee safety, people coaching, inventory, equipment, hygiene, and onboarding
Serve as main point of contact for the team

What you bring

Hands-on and enjoys operations work
Remains calm in stressful situations and motivates team
Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
Available for at least 24 hours per week
Available to work evenings and weekends
