Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director, Consolidation and Reporting to lead financial closing processes across the group. This hybrid role is based in Sevenum and involves driving inventory accounting, ensuring IFRS compliance, and preparing consolidated annual reports.
What you will do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group
- Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results
- Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements
- Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
- Prepare the consolidated annual report
- Provide strategic input and guidance for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters
What you bring
- Extensive experience in financial reporting
- Audit background with international scope
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- English proficiency required
- Comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
- ESRS/CSRD familiarity
- CPA or Dutch RA certification
- Dutch or German language skills
