Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an experienced professional to establish and lead the Internal Controls & Assurance function. You will develop the team and own the enterprise Internal Control Framework, ensuring robust control environment reporting.

What you will do

Establish and lead the Internal Controls & Assurance function
Develop and lead the IC&A team
Own and maintain the enterprise Internal Control Framework
Define control taxonomy and assessment methodology
Set annual assurance scope and assessment plan
Own management reporting on the control environment

What you bring

Substantial experience in internal controls, risk assurance, or internal audit
Proven track record of establishing or maturing an Internal Control Framework
Advanced knowledge of control design and testing
Sound judgement and confidence to challenge senior executives
Strong understanding of the Three Lines Model
Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice to have

CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA certification
Familiarity with COSO/SOX
Experience with External Audit
Hands-on use of GRC platforms like AuditBoard or Optro
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, e-commerce, or logistics
Fluent in German
