Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director to lead Treasury & e-payment operations. In this hybrid role based in Sevenum, you will manage a team of about 6 and drive process improvements with Tech.
What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of about 6
- Manage daily treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure smooth e-payment operations in high-volume B2C
- Strengthen compliance and risk management
- Drive process and system improvements with Tech
What you bring
- 7+ years in treasury or e-payment operations
- First leadership experience with hands-on approach
- Expertise in cash management and cash flow forecasting
- Experience with ERP and payment systems
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
