Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Director Facility Europe to lead its international Facility Management strategy and operations. This role involves developing governance structures, managing a multi-million-euro budget, and providing strategic guidance across all European sites.

What you will do

Develop and implement European Facility Management strategy
Lead international Facility Management organization and create governance structures
Ensure efficient and compliant operations across all sites
Provide strategic guidance to Technical Engineering function
Manage and optimize multi-million-euro budget (CAPEX and OPEX)
Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and governance frameworks

What you bring

At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management
Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Proven strategic leadership with responsibility for multiple international locations
Track record in leading large teams and developing organizations
Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes
Fluent English

Nice to have

German or Dutch language skills
