About the job
As an FP&A Analyst, you will support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology organization at Redcare Pharmacy. You will analyze costs, investments, and performance, and translate financial data into actionable insights for Finance and Technology stakeholders. This role also involves developing business cases, ensuring accurate financial treatment of Technology costs, and improving FP&A processes with an AI-first mindset.
What you will do
- Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology / IT organization
- Analyze costs, investments and financial performance, identify key developments, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare management reporting and translate financial data into clear insights for Finance and Technology stakeholders
- Support the development and evaluation of business cases and investment decisions through relevant financial analyses
- Support accurate financial treatment of Technology costs, including CapEx and OpEx classification
- Contribute to improving and automating FP&A processes, reporting and cost transparency using AI
What you bring
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Controlling
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and large datasets
- AI-first mindset
- Strong interest in Technology, digital business models and/or eCommerce
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial analyses into clear, actionable insights
