Keune Haircosmetics Manufacturing B.V. is looking for a Senior Cosmetic Chemist to lead product development projects in Soest. The role involves developing and optimizing haircare, hairstyling, and hair color formulations, while guiding junior and mid-level chemists. You will act as a technical reference and lead discussions with clients.
What you will do
- Lead new product development projects from brief to commercialization
- Develop and optimize haircare, hairstyling, and hair color formulations
- Act as technical reference for assigned projects
- Lead technical discussions with clients
- Guide junior and mid-level chemists
- Plan and execute stability, safety, and performance testing
What you bring
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- At least 7 years of cosmetic formulation experience
- Strong expertise in hair products
- Proven track record of launching cosmetic products
- Strong hands-on formulation skills
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
