What you will do
- Lead governance and lifecycle management of Clinical Operations processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, tools, and templates
- Identify and resolve process gaps and inconsistencies
- Translate regulatory requirements into process solutions
- Lead cross-functional process governance and decision-making
- Support audits, inspections, CAPAs, and strategic initiatives
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical research or operations experience in CRO, pharma, or biotech
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and monitoring
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory standards
- Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
Nice to have
- Experience owning lifecycle management of Clinical Operations SOPs
- Experience with process mapping, change management, or Lean methodologies
- Expert understanding of Clinical Operations processes and interfaces
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements into practical processes
