Speechify is looking for a Software Engineer to join their AI Data team. In this role, you will build and improve large-scale data-processing systems and collaborate with AI Scientists to enhance training datasets. You will own engineering projects from discovery to continuous improvement.

Discover new audio data sources and build reliable pipelines

What you bring

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments
Experience with production systems, ideally data pipelines or large-scale data processing
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to have

Experience with web crawlers, data acquisition, or distributed data-processing
Experience with GCP and Terraform
Familiarity with ML training data, dataset quality, or audio processing
