Ballast Nedam is looking for a Construction Planner to join their International department in Utrecht. In this role, you will develop project schedules for international tenders and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless planning. You will play a key part in translating technical scope into timelines and construction sequences.

What you will do

Develop project schedules for international tenders
Work with tender teams to translate technical scope into timeline and construction sequence
Identify critical paths, dependencies, and planning risks
Support preparation of tender documentation with schedules
Align planning with engineering, procurement, estimate and construction strategies
Provide planning and resource scenarios for decision-making during tender phase

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Experience as planner or scheduler in construction or infrastructure projects
Experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software
Strong analytical skills to structure complex projects
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience working in tender environments
Dutch language skills
