PSI CRO is looking for a Specialist Talent Acquisition to join their team in Utrecht on a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and building strong candidate pipelines in a remote working environment.
What you will do
- Develop and post job ads and recruitment materials
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System records
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Partner with hiring managers and report recruitment metrics
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and full working proficiency in Dutch
Nice to have
- Recruitment experience in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology
- Knowledge of German
