About the job

As a Tech Support Engineer at InPost, you'll join the team in Vianen to keep the workplace running smoothly. This role focuses on diagnosing faults, configuring systems, and supporting users across the organization.

What you will do

Diagnose faults on workstations, peripherals, and office equipment
Install and configure Windows/macOS systems per IT policies
Maintain printers, video conferencing, and digital displays
Coordinate with Hardware Asset Management for repairs
Prepare workstations and access for new employees
Train users on tools and IT best practices

What you bring

2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
Solid knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills

Nice to have

Exposure to SCCM, JAMF, TeamViewer, or MDM solutions
