- Prospect new customers and alert management
- Lead sales process including reports and planning
- Analyze data and execute growth strategies
- Process orders, quotes, and resolve issues
- Support vendor programs and safety regulations
What you bring
- College or university degree
- Minimum 2 years customer service or counter sales experience
- Valid driver's license with clean abstract
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Nice to have
- Knowledge of plumbing and building products
- Experience using M3
