NORIT Activated Carbon is seeking a Technology & Maintenance Manager to lead the development and maturity of its maintenance organization in Zaandam. In this role, you will drive reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence through strategic maintenance strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

Lead maintenance organization development and maturity
Develop preventive, predictive and reliability-based maintenance strategies
Participate in budgeting, forecasting and resource planning for maintenance and capital expenditures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reliability, efficiency, asset integrity and operational excellence
Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment with Operations, Engineering, SHEQ, Finance and external service providers

What you bring

BSc or MSc degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
8+ years of maintenance, reliability or engineering experience in manufacturing with global stakeholders
Proven experience in developing and professionalizing maintenance organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across operational and corporate functions
Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English
