Jobs for Humanity is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support fashion dropshipping operations remotely. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and supplier coordination within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What you will do
- Manage daily workflows using spreadsheets and operational tools
- Respond to HelpScout tickets at 30–40 per hour
- Handle return requests and offer resolutions
- Report damaged or missing items to suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers on shipments and fulfillment issues
- Monitor unfulfilled Shopify orders and resolve issues
What you bring
- Proven experience in fashion dropshipping and order fulfillment
- Hands-on experience with CJ Dropshipping
- Experience with Shopify, HelpScout, Zendesk, or Gorgias
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
