KellyDeli is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee and grow its points of sale across the Netherlands. In this hybrid role based in Zwolle, you will coach franchise partners, implement company standards, and drive sales performance.
What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of points of sale
- Coach franchise partners on cost efficiency and profitability
- Implement company policy, quality standards, and marketing initiatives
- Communicate between head office and sales outlets
- Drive sales performance through KPI management
- Build relationships with retail partners and franchise partners
What you bring
- Act as link between back office, retail partners, and points of sale
- Analyze stats and figures to identify growth areas
- Travel 80% of time in the field
- Conduct monthly visits to franchise partners
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Renew contracts with retailers
