Als Senior Analist Corporate Finance bij PIA Group Nederland voer je complexe financiële analyses en transacties uit voor MKB-ondernemers en investeerders. Je werkt samen met private equity, banken en andere stakeholders, en begeleidt junior analisten in hun ontwikkeling.

What you will do

  • Uitvoeren van bedrijfswaarderingen, due diligence en financiële modellering
  • Opstellen van cashflowprognoses, KPI's en financiële ratio's
  • Adviseren van MKB-ondernemers en investeerders tijdens transactieprocessen
  • Samenwerken met private equity, banken en andere stakeholders
  • Begeleiden en opleiden van junior analisten

What you bring

  • Afgeronde WO-opleiding in Finance, Economie of Bedrijfskunde
  • Minimaal 4 tot 6 jaar werkervaring in Corporate Finance, M&A of Transaction Services
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Diepgaande kennis van bedrijfswaarderingen, due diligence en financieel modelleren
  • Pragmatische teamspeler met coachingsvaardigheden
