Delta Electronics is looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager to lead a team in Helmond. You will drive demand planning, supply planning across multiple continents, and process improvements.

- Lead and develop a team of four supply chain professionals
- Drive demand planning and forecasting processes
- Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in China, India, and Slovakia
- Optimize inventory levels and customer service performance
- Lead EMEA Sales and Operations Planning process
- Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives
Wat je meebrengt
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 8+ years experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics
- 3+ years people management experience
- Experience managing international supply chains with Asia and Europe
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
