About the job

Delta Electronics is looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager to lead a team in Helmond. You will drive demand planning, supply planning across multiple continents, and process improvements.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of four supply chain professionals
  • Drive demand planning and forecasting processes
  • Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in China, India, and Slovakia
  • Optimize inventory levels and customer service performance
  • Lead EMEA Sales and Operations Planning process
  • Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives

What you bring

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • 8+ years experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Experience managing international supply chains with Asia and Europe
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in Electronics, Power Electronics, or Industrial Automation industry
