Destinus is looking for an ILS Training & Training Support Engineer to join their team in Katwijk aan Zee. In this role, you will focus on developing training solutions for complex aerospace systems, working closely with engineering and support teams.

- Design operator and maintainer training concepts
- Create learning objectives and course structures
- Produce training materials

Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related field
- 1 to 5 years experience in training development or ILS
- Understanding of training needs analysis and instructional design
- Knowledge of ADDIE training lifecycle
- Familiarity with competency-based training
- Professional proficiency in English
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or UAV industries
- Familiarity with ASD S6000T or ILS methodologies
- Experience with classroom or digital learning solutions
- Understanding of logistics support analysis
