Create learning objectives and course structures
Produce training materials

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related field
1 to 5 years experience in training development or ILS
Understanding of training needs analysis and instructional design
Knowledge of ADDIE training lifecycle
Familiarity with competency-based training
Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

Experience in aerospace, defense, or UAV industries
Familiarity with ASD S6000T or ILS methodologies
Experience with classroom or digital learning solutions
Understanding of logistics support analysis
