Avery Dennison is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their EMEA team on a 1-year maternity cover contract. In this hybrid role based in Oegstgeest, you will manage full-cycle recruitment and leverage automation and AI tools to attract top talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to execute recruitment plans
Source and engage candidates using automation and AI tools
Conduct initial screenings and interviews
Perform recruitment reporting and data management
Coordinate interview process and gather stakeholder feedback
Handle administrative tasks like reporting, invoicing, and referral programs
