Avery Dennison is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their EMEA team on a 1-year maternity cover contract. In this hybrid role based in Oegstgeest, you will manage full-cycle recruitment and leverage automation and AI tools to attract top talent.
What you will do
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to execute recruitment plans
- Source and engage candidates using automation and AI tools
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Perform recruitment reporting and data management
- Coordinate interview process and gather stakeholder feedback
- Handle administrative tasks like reporting, invoicing, and referral programs
