Innatera is looking for a People Operations & Engagement Specialist to join their team in Rijswijk. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle and drive engagement initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Organize company events, team-building, and wellbeing initiatives
Handle payroll changes, benefits, and pension administration
Support immigration, relocation, and 30% ruling processes
Improve People processes, workflows, and systems

Wat je meebrengt

3-5 years of People Operations or HR experience
Strong ownership and follow-through
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Problem-solving skills and good judgment
Experience with Dutch employee lifecycle and HR documentation
Fluent English

Mooi meegenomen

Dutch language skills
Experience with HRIS implementation or improvement
Experience with EOR, international employees, or relocation
Experience in a scale-up, technology, or international environment
