Innatera is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Edge AI and MCU markets. This hybrid role in Rijswijk focuses on managing strategic opportunities and building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

- Own and progress strategic opportunities through the sales funnel
- Prioritize and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities for conversion
- Conduct high-value outbound business development
- Build and maintain account plans for priority opportunities
- Lead customer conversations with technical and business stakeholders
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors and customer priorities
Wat je meebrengt
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in a technical selling environment
- Ability to explain complex products and engage in technical discussions
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Evidence of ownership and proactive follow-through
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
Mooi meegenomen
- Engineering background at undergraduate level
- Semiconductor industry experience in business development or sales
- Experience with embedded systems or edge AI markets
- German language skills
