ShipBob, Inc. is looking for an Operations Support Manager to join their team in Rilland. In this role, you will train and coach 3PL partners on ShipBob's systems and metrics, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.

- Train and coach 3PL partners on ShipBob systems and metrics
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and support partner adoption
- Ensure inbound and value-added service operations meet standards
- Help 3PL partners achieve key performance indicators
- Support merchant onboarding and space utilization reviews
- Attend weekly business reviews and daily stand-up calls
Wat je meebrengt
- 4-6 years of operations or e-commerce fulfillment experience
- Advanced understanding of inbound or outbound fulfillment
- Ability to be on-site up to 90% of the time, including weekends and nights
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Access to a vehicle for travel between locations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and solve problems
