ShipBob, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee fulfillment in Waddinxveen. You will guide 3PL partners and ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Wat ga je doen
- Coach and guide 3PL partners on ShipBob metrics
- Set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues for 3PL partners
- Ensure timely inbound operations and accurate fulfillment
- Work with freight partners to coordinate transport
- Support 3PL partners on continuous improvement initiatives
Wat je meebrengt
- 4-6 years of operations or e-commerce fulfillment experience
- Advanced understanding of inbound or outbound fulfillment
- Ability to be onsite up to 90% of the time, including weekends and nights
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Must have access to a vehicle for travel
