Payter B.V. is seeking a Hardware Project Manager to lead end-to-end hardware development projects in Rotterdam. In this role, you will manage timelines, budgets, and risks while providing technical guidance through design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.

Lead end-to-end hardware development projects, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and risks
Provide technical guidance through design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes
Drive certification and compliance with global standards
Manage global supply chains and relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Enforce quality control from concept to production
Bridge communication between engineering teams, vendors, and senior leadership

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in hardware development, engineering, or project management
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Understanding of PCB design, embedded systems, and manufacturing processes
Experience with global hardware certification and regulatory compliance
Proficient in project management tools and familiar with CAD tools and PLM systems
