Monday Merch, a fast-growing scale-up in Rotterdam, is looking for an HR Intern for 2026. You will support the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with contract administration and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate and improve onboarding experience for new hires
• Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Help organize team events and culture-building initiatives
