Monday Merch, a fast-growing scale-up in Rotterdam, is looking for an HR Intern for 2026. You will support the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What you will do
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with contract administration and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate and improve onboarding experience for new hires
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Help organize team events and culture-building initiatives
What you bring
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Interested in HR and employee experience
- Curious and motivated to learn in a scale-up environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Fluent in English
