Customs Support Group is looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to join their team in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for managing helpdesk tickets, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role offers a chance to work in a modern Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on security and compliance.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks

Install and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals
Administer Microsoft 365 services

At least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server
Experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
Structured and customer-focused approach
Good communication skills in Dutch and English
