Over de functie

Huawei Europe is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Engineer to join its team in Rijswijk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support for PV inverters and energy storage systems.

Wat ga je doen

First point of contact for customers via phone, email, and remote tools
Log cases and create service tickets
Provide first-line technical support for PV inverters and energy storage systems
Troubleshoot installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance issues
Escalate complex cases to second-level support or R&D
Document cases and contribute to knowledge base articles

Wat je meebrengt

Proficiency in Dutch and English
Strong phone handling and complaint management skills
Proven customer support experience with service-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field
Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office
1-2 years experience servicing PV inverters, battery storage, UPS, or power electronics
