DEPT® is looking for a Senior Account Director, Media to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you act as the primary business partner for clients, driving growth and leading strategic decisions.

- Act as primary business partner for the client
- Drive 20% YoY growth by identifying commercial opportunities
- Lead the Trio (Account, Program, Strategy) as final decision-maker
- Challenge client and internal teams with strategic ideas
- Own P&L, SOWs, and profitability for the Business Group

- Deep understanding of integrated Paid Media (Social, Programmatic, Search)
- Proven experience managing complex multi-workstream accounts in global agency or consultancy
- Confident, outgoing, positive personality
- Natural people person who builds chemistry instantly
- Challenger mindset for sensitive conversations
- Experience or strong exposure to Social Organic and Influencer ecosystems
