Sia is looking for a Senior Retail & e-commerce Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will define and implement e-commerce strategies for retail clients, improve their commercial footprint and profitability, and drive omnichannel business models.

- Improve e-commerce commercial footprint and profitability through audits and recommendations
- Define and improve omnichannel business models
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion via digital marketing across channels
- Manage full lifecycle of e-commerce projects
- Contribute to business development and go-to-market in retail e-commerce
Wat je meebrengt
- Master's degree
- 3 to 5 years of consulting experience
- Experience in the retail sector, preferably B2C
- Passion for e-commerce and its solutions
- Strong interest in data and AI topics
- Dutch and English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
