Sia is looking for a Senior Retail & e-commerce Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will define and implement e-commerce strategies for retail clients, improve their commercial footprint and profitability, and drive omnichannel business models.

What you will do

• Define and implement e-commerce strategies for retail clients
• Improve e-commerce commercial footprint and profitability through audits and recommendations
• Define and improve omnichannel business models
• Drive customer acquisition and conversion via digital marketing across channels
• Manage full lifecycle of e-commerce projects
• Contribute to business development and go-to-market in retail e-commerce

What you bring

• Master's degree
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience
• Experience in the retail sector, preferably B2C
• Passion for e-commerce and its solutions
• Strong interest in data and AI topics
• Dutch and English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
