Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director to lead and develop a team of about 6 in Treasury and e-payment operations. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily cash management, short-term cash flow forecasting, and ensure smooth e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment.

7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations
First leadership experience with a hands-on mindset
Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
Experience with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with ambition to improve
Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment
