Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director to lead and develop a team of about 6 in Treasury and e-payment operations. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily cash management, short-term cash flow forecasting, and ensure smooth e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of about 6
  • Manage daily treasury operations including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
  • Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
  • Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems with Tech/IT

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations
  • First leadership experience with a hands-on mindset
  • Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
  • Experience with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with ambition to improve
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • German language skills
