Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Head of Facility Management Europe to lead and shape its FM strategy across the continent. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of logistics sites and offices, guiding a decentralized team and driving governance and performance.

- Strategic FM leadership experience
- Experience managing multi-country portfolios
- Multi-million euro budget responsibility
- Ability to build structure and scalable processes
- Willingness to travel across European sites
