Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Head of Facility Management Europe to lead and shape its FM strategy across the continent. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of logistics sites and offices, guiding a decentralized team and driving governance and performance.

What you will do

Define and execute European Facility Management strategy
Oversee international FM portfolio including logistics sites and offices
Lead decentralized multi-country FM organization
Provide strategic direction to Technical Engineering
Manage budget and financial planning
Establish governance frameworks and KPIs

What you bring

10+ years of international Facility Management experience
Strategic FM leadership experience
Experience managing multi-country portfolios
Multi-million euro budget responsibility
Ability to build structure and scalable processes
Willingness to travel across European sites

Nice to have

German or Dutch language skills
