Trengo is looking for a Junior Digital Customer Success Manager to help customers adopt AI-driven features and get the most out of their product. In this hybrid role based in Utrecht, you will design outreach programs, use data triggers, and manage a customer segment with a one-to-many approach.

- Help customers implement and see value of AI-driven features
- Use data triggers and CRM automations to identify customer needs
- Proactively engage with customers via meetings when needed
- Manage a segment of the business with a one-to-many success approach

- Approximately one year of professional experience
- High technical affinity, comfortable with automations and AI
- Business proficiency in Dutch and English
- Can translate complex technical topics into clear advice
- Self-starter with a hacker mindset for efficient solutions
