Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their Retail Media Platform. You will own the Sponsored Products ecosystem and drive data product development in a hybrid role based in Utrecht.

Own and evolve the Sponsored Products ecosystem including auction mechanics, bidding logic, and relevance models
Drive development of retail media data products like first-party audience segments and attribution models
Shape the advertiser self-service platform for campaign creation, optimisation, and reporting
Build and scale experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and incrementality testing
Partner cross-functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, and Category teams

Wat je meebrengt

7+ years of product management experience with Retail Media, AdTech, or e-commerce monetisation
Deep understanding of auction dynamics, advertiser ROI, and data-driven product design
Technically fluent in data pipelines, model design, and experimentation frameworks
Structured, independent, and highly data-driven work style
