Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Teamlead to head their centralized Leisure Desk and Groups Planning team in Utrecht. In this role, you will oversee group enquiries, quotations, and planning processes while driving standardization and improvement.

Lead centralized Leisure Desk and Groups Planning team
Oversee leisure group enquiries, quotations, contracting, and conversion
Manage group booking planning, rooming lists, and operational handovers
Standardize and improve booking office procedures and workflows
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel operations
Lead, coach, and develop the team

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years in Groups, Reservations, Leisure Sales, or Booking Office in hospitality
Previous experience leading or supervising operational teams
Strong understanding of hotel operations and commercial impact of bookings
Experience with leisure group contracting and planning processes
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in English
