Kraft Heinz is seeking an Associate Director for Global Innovation Technology to lead and scale their end-to-end Innovation Management Platform. Based in Amsterdam, this role sets the platform vision and strategy while driving organizational change. You will own the platform roadmap and lead the Global Innovation Technology team.

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years in innovation, marketing, transformation, product ownership, or related roles
Strong understanding of end-to-end innovation management, ideally in CPG
Experience owning or leading a major digital platform or business transformation
Demonstrated organizational change management experience
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
